Great Lisa!

If we get a few more people I'll put a seminar on soon.

Once you get rid of the yoghurt and muesli you WILL NOT miss them! Give it a try for 30 days :)

Comment below if you would like to come along!

Hi Dane,

I am interested and if you were to have another seminar I would go along. The only thing that I am not sure about would be breakfast - I LOVE yoghurt and museli!!!!

I'm Dane's Mum and as he says we have all lost weight but it"s more than that. I have always had headaches regularly, none since starting to eat Paleo. The kids have had less skin problems and we are all feeling more energetic and sleeping better. Even Dane's non paleo eating sister has been converted and is now choosing to take a salad to school instead of a sandwich.

More to do with getting the equipment there mike! As you can see, we took alot of gear down. We had a penalty system for scaling etc, so it worked out fair in the end.

On the day - the best man/woman won!

Will is obviously strong, but his endurance is phenomenal for a 112kg bloke!

Gidday, great stuff. Awesome to see Will showing that his strength and size is an asset to his fitness. What's wih the inequality? Bit hard on the girls Dane... not fair making them clean from so low, with the bar on the ground! Should've set them up on some blocks to equal the height of the olympic plates, its hard work getting that super low, last range of movement. Could be grounds for a protest!

Agreed Dane, there are many approaches, which makes the field so creative and interesting. People are very similar in some ways, yet are all unique in others. Like any field, the more techniques up your sleeve the better, you never know what you'll be faced with. Commitment to clients' is crucial though, which is really evident from you, and at Peak Health Fitness.

I only brought up the dairy thing, because its my honest experience. Sometimes I wish it wasn't, as it can be difficult to discuss professionally, its not really what most people expect, or even want to hear, usually I don't bother. I appreciate the opportunity to air my experiences here. I just try to highlight the importance of an open mind, and of not taking every thing we hear as gospel. Not that everything we hear is always wrong either. Trying things teaches us heaps, as I'm sure you obviously are aware of, and doing, all the best, Mick.

Great Mick.

Your passion is evident. Our training styles seem very similar and I commend your passion and commitment to the industry over a long period of time.
Obviously no studies are perfect ad there will always be contradictions. Finding what works for you and your clients is the goal, and we may not be perfect yet, but results are very much on track!

It's possible that there are more than one way to skin a cat.

I'll keep an open mind about your nutrition style.
