My boding shape is toning and im feeling fitter.

Hi All at Peak health,

Deciding to join Boot Camp for Ladies was a great idea. I love the early mornings and beautiful views from the light house.

It has been great to have professional  trainers pushing me past my comfort zone.

The result is my boding shape is toning and im feeling fitter.

It is a hard one hour and its wonderful  having the rest of the day knowing you feel fitter and great more energy.

It is a must do to get you motivated for life.

I heard about Peak Health’s new Boot Camp for women and thought that sounds like fun, I needed to get fit and ready for summer so I signed up, really worried how hard it was going to be and would I be able to keep up, but I have found it really fantastic. The feeling I get now from working out is unbelievable. I feel like a new person, full of energy and capable of anything.

I’ve lost 6kgs in the 1st 4 weeks, now in hooked. I love training in a group and don’t mind the push ups in the rain.

All the ladies and the trainers at Boot Camp are fantastic everyone is so supportive of each other, everyone is there to reach their individual goals.

Being a mother of 4 I’ve always thought that one day ill make time for me, but with 6am starts I’m home just after 7am ready to organize the kids for school. I’m on a high for the rest of the day.

I used to see people jogging and thought that you had to be super fit, now I can jog and keep up with my husband Brendan, I always walked for fitness and would make brendan walk with me, now we jog together, I feel I can do anything.

Thanks to Dane, Katie, Nathan and Donna. You made Boot Camp more fun than I ever imagined and I have learnt that working out and eating healthy really does get results.

Nervous was an understatement of how I felt on the first day of boot camp (my very first of any fitness related experiences )

I was very worried about my jigging bits, and keeping up with everyone and not knowing what or how to do a plank or a squat. Dane and his team demonstrated the exercises and you were encouraged to only go as fast or hard as you could, challenge yourself whether that be a sprint or a slow puffing panting walk which was my case. Take a breather then go again.

I was not yelled at embarrassed,  (which I was afraid of)  The  Commando   makes you work hard, but isn’t that scary.

The first week I was so sore and tired  after the work out  we were given a stretch and advise on recovery, exercise, food, diet.

The next  three  weeks I wasn’t as sore and had more stamina, and energy for my little boy, than when I started.. I am proud to say  at the end of the 4 weeks I lost 7 cms overall and doubled the number of push ups I started with in week one.( I had to ask how to do one at the first boot camp !

I also am proud to say I walked to and from boot camp after the first week..

I feel so awesome and have more energy, I am not continuing this year as I am 10 weeks pregnant with my second child morning sickness has turned to day sickness
