Peak Health Personal Fitness Training was established in 2002 to provide the Lower Clarence Valley community and Yamba with the training program; guidance of experts and right tools to meet their health needs through fitness even if they have never, ever been fit.
In 2010 Peak Fitness moved into specially constructed new premises to provide you with the right training environment, airy, a special low impact floor, the right equipment. Good facilities in the right environment make fitness training a pleasure. (link to Studio Tour)

Dane Mitchell – The Believer
Growing up as the tall, un-coordinated fat kid, picked last in most teams, he wanted better for himself. And so he did – which culminated in being selected in a NSW Country Rugby side to tour Argentina .
This passion for health and exercise was born from his desire to succeed. He has a passion for helping people change their lives for the better, just like CrossFit and proper nutrition has done for him.

Spent 8 years working on the world famous Bondi Beach – You will see him in early episodes of Bondi Rescue. Nathan brings his unique style based on Bootcamps, CrossFit and Surf training to deliver an all round work out.
“Big” Will Edgar – Boasting one of the most impressive physiques you will ever see, Will oozes motivation and commitment.
Although things haven’t always been this way. Just two years ago – Will tipped the scales at 142kg’s! Fast forward two years of dedication to the CrossFit training method and he is a lean and mean 112kg’s.
He leads by example – and there is no one better to motivate, hold you Accountable , and drive you to results!
All sessions at Peak Health are conducted with our coaches. Our business is built on getting the absolute best results for every client.
